Training for C division (sec1s and 2s) will commence on every monday wednesday and friday so please turn up for all of them unless you have a valid excuse....which must be accompanied with a letter if you did not go to the doctor or a medical certificate unless it is common sense that you were participating in (for example) prefect camp or you are participating in a interview with the principal whatsoever.... Training should be from 15 30 hrs to 17 30 hrs but it usually ends at 18 00 hrs or 18 30 hrs...so please sec 1s be noted if the sec 1s do not know this site please sec 2s tell them it will be of great help to them.... Moreover It is our season in July so This is the time to train hard... there are some sec 1s who are promising in terms of skill but not good enough however it has only been 3 days so very well done with the progress keep it up fitness wise you guys are great...6 a side is in 20th may so pull up your socks if you wanna be in top 4 at least for that.... our group is not very hard but fitness wise there are one or maybe 2 good teams but i believe we can win them but don't be too confident...
