why does mr arul hate coleman so much?

anyone got any idea? seriously all coleman did was get sick..with respiratory infection and get injured on one fine afternoon by akhilesh and he didnt come for 3 or 4 trngs and mr arul hates him coz he claims he's accident prone....thanks to mr arul forcing him to come down every trng coleman is passing down the virus... and maybe some would refer to the movie mr woodcock?
